Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the success of our IT projects. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and achieving financial growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, exceptional sales skills, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the IT industry.
2. Manage and oversee the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
4. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
5. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
6. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
7. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, competitive landscape, and market trends.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an IT Sales Manager or similar role.
– Strong understanding of the IT industry and its products/services.
– Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
– Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

Preferred Skills:
– Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
– Strong business sense and industry expertise.
– Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
